Shift Tips

1. Check your text message and email that we send you weekly with your shift pattern.
2. Click on the attachment on the hours email and add your working hours to your calendar.
3. We pride ourselves on how flexible we are with our Angels in scheduling your work around your important friends and family time, we can only rota around these times if we are aware of them.
4. Log onto your computer 10 minutes before the start of your shift, this will ensure that you are ready to start work on time.
5. If you are unable to work your shift, call in and speak to our head office team, their number is 01726819010.
6. if you are experiencing technical issues calls our IT Support Line on 08004725706. 

Shift Cover

If you are unable to work the shift you have been allocated, it is your responsibility to find cover for your shift.

You can do this two ways:

1. From your angel email address, email the following emailing address asking your fellow Angels to cover your shift or swap days with you: [email protected]
2. Post a message on our staff Facebook group - https://www.facebook.com/groups/angelfs/
3. Once you have cover email the team to advise them who is covering your shift, email: [email protected] (from your work email address)

How do I book holiday?

Use our internal system (Halo Admin). If you look on our intranet there is a video guide.
Remember no holiday in December or January so that is blocked from booking in the system.

If you need to book a day off as one of your schedule days off that week, you can do it one of two ways:

1. Book unpaid holiday
2. email: [email protected]
