About the role
You'll be making calls and receiving calls from charity donors across a variety of exciting charity campaigns. Experience of working within a Sales, Fundraising or Customer Service environment is desirable, but not essential.
We have an in-house training team who will support and nurture the right candidate.

We offer flexible working patterns that can fit around your commitments. We're open Monday-Sunday 8am-10pm with a range of shift options, and we rota weekly.

Our training and coaching team will support you every step of the way to ensure that you are comfortable on the phone, confident in yourself and performing at your best.
