About the Fundraiser Role
At Angel, we work with some of the UK's leading charities, helping turn interest into long-term support that changes lives.
As a Telephone Fundraiser, through conversations, you'll inspire people to become regular donors, providing charities with the ongoing funding they need to continue their vital work.
What you'll be doing
Experience in fundraising, sales or customer service is an advantage, but not essential. Our in-house training team will provide all the support you need to succeed.
Pay: Up to £12.71 per hour (depending on age), plus performance incentives, giving consistent high performers the opportunity to earn up to £36,000 FTE (pro rata based on a 40-hour week).

- Building rapport and inspiring ongoing monthly donations.
- Handling questions and objections with confidence and care.
- Delivering an excellent supporter experience while achieving campaign targets.
- Maintaining fundraising compliance and company standards.
