What are we offering?
We're offering a fully managed donor acquisition campaign on a cost per acquisition basis.
How will we do it?Our experienced, compliant lead generation partners will capture opt-in leads.
Our specialist fundraising team will call the prospects and engage them in your cause, with the aim of acquiring new regular donors or lottery players for your charity. Our fulfilment team will send a thank you letter to your new donors, along with any free products* (if we use a ‘val-ex’ model), to welcome them on board. We can also work with you to build a multi-channel thanking and welcome journey by utilising our ability to send customisable letters, emails and SMS messages, as well as carry out further telemarketing welcome/development campaigns (for full details, scroll to the bottom of the page). |
What's included?Campaign set up, including; creative development, script writing and implementation.
Lead generation (including lead costs), telemarketing conversion calling and thank you letter fulfilment. Account management, including; day-to-day liaison, campaign management, provision of call recordings for quality control, daily reporting, an end of campaign/quarterly review and continual optimisation. Development of an integrated, multi-channel thanking and welcome journey which will help to ensure strong retention rates through high levels of engagement and building a connection to the cause using interactive content and messaging. |

As part of our fully managed, end-to-end donor acquisition package we will work with you to implement an integrated multi-channel thanking & welcome journey for your new recruits!
We can completely customise the journey to cater for your donors' needs, ensuring they receive engaging content from the get go, whether that be case studies, videos, quizzes or a special 'thank you' from a beneficiary.
Our flexible and versatile approach means we can offer a smooth, engaging journey that takes in to account each individual donor's marketing channel preferences and the type of donation they have made.
We can drive thanking and engagement across all four channels and we'll work with you to tailor the content and mechanisms we use - below is a top line overview of the various options we can facilitate.
PostWe will send a thank you letter to all new donors, along with any value exchange products offered on the campaign.
We can trigger further welcome/update letters to be sent after a set amount of days post sign-up, to ensure your new donors receive a smooth and engaging journey. This could include updates on how their donations are being used and associated case studies, sign posting to other ways to engage with your charity such as campaigns, fundraising events and social media channels. We can accompany the letters with leaflets, guides or branded merchandise to make the interaction even more enriching. Our vast experience in fulfilment and versatile offering can really add value to the donor experience. |
SMSWe can send SMS warm-up messages during the calling cycle to encourage prospective donors to take our call, which maximises the contact rate.
Immediately after the donation sign up on the call, we can send an SMS message to reiterate our appreciation for the donors' support, and to confirm that everything has been processed successfully, to give the donor confidence and satisfaction. We can trigger further SMS messages to be sent after a set amount of days post sign-up to carry on the welcome and engagement journey. This could include links to inspiring videos/landing pages on your website featuring engaging content, or links to social channels the donor can use to interact with your cause and brand. |
Similar to SMS, we can send an email to new donors thanking them for their donation and confirming that everything has been processed successfully as soon as we have completed the sign-up call.
We can then follow up with an email welcome & engagement journey by sending the donor a series of emails, triggered after a defined amount of days post sign-up. This could include pictures and content demonstrating the impact of their support to ensure the donor feels their donation is valued and being put to good use. We can cement their connection to the cause with video links, progressive updates on beneficiaries of support and links to interactive content on your website. As the journey develops and the donor's connection to the cause grows, we can sign post them to other ways to get involved such as participating in/hosting fundraising events, campaigns and volunteering which will ensure we cultivate long term relationships with donors and encourage strong life time value (LTV). |
PhoneWe have a specialist outbound fundraising team who work on acquisition & development campaigns day in, day out for the leading charities in the UK.
We are well versed in running rolling welcome, upgrade and reactivation campaigns for our clients and we can work with you to establish a rolling welcome, upgrade and retention telemarketing strategy to minimise attrition and boost ROI. We can feed donors through the postal, email and SMS welcome journey to ensure there is an immediate 'thank you' for their support, and to build a connection to the cause before the follow up call. Once they have progressed through that journey we can have an engaging conversation with them about the impact of their support so far and then shape the call to either an upgrade or reactivation depending on the status of their support, or simply just use the call as an opportunity to check in and say 'thank you'.
